Objective:

To equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required for drafting precise and effective legal documents within the framework of Indian law.

Mentor: Adv. Syed Shujath Mehdi

Syed Shujath Mehdi completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Vivekananda Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. Thereafter he pursued and completed his LL. B from Law Center-II, Delhi University and a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from prestigious National Law School of India University. He is enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Association. 

Shujath is currently a Senior Litigation Associate with Kochhar & Co., Bengaluru. Shujath has represented some of the most prestigious global corporations on highly sensitive and complex legal matters including civil, commercial, labor & employment, criminal, white collar crimes, intellectual property rights etc. He regularly appears and argues before various courts of law in the state of Karnataka including the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka.
