Jharna Jagtiani is an Assistant Professor at IFIM Law School, Bengaluru, committed to shaping the future of legal professionals. With over 11 years of experience, she combines legal expertise, corporate training, and human resource management to guide students and professionals toward successful careers.
Certified by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, Jharna is a qualified lawyer, Negotiator, and Commercial Mediator specializing in corporate law and alternative dispute resolution.
She also plays a crucial role in assisting startups and MSMEs in establishing internal management frameworks and consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.
Beyond academia, Jharna serves as an empanelled Mediator & Arbitrator with the Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAC), Mumbai. She has collaborated with prestigious institutions such as Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) and Symbiosis Law School, as well as corporate entities like Essar and Glenmark, bringing a wealth of practical experience to her work.
